Returns & Exchanges

If you have received a wrong product that is not as per described on our Lamar online store or if the product is damaged.

We Accept:

Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all the tags.

Product is returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Product is returned with its original invoice which was included in the delivery, all the accessories, promotional gifts and that came with your order.

We do not accept:

Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear.

Products that have been used.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
